The main body of the hydraulic screen is stainless steel curved or planar filter screen made of precision wedge steel bars. The waste water to be treated is evenly distributed on the inclined screen surface through overflow weir. Due to small and smooth surface clearance, large backside clearance, smooth drainage and not easy to block. The solid material is trapped, and the filtered water flows out of the gaps of the sieve plate. Meanwhile, under the action of hydraulic power, the solid material is pushed to the bottom of the sieve plate for discharge, so as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

The hydraulic screen can effectively reduce the suspended material concentration in the water and reduce the processing load of the following processes. It is also used for solid and liquid separation and recovery of useful materials in industrial production.
